The Project: Full course development of an asynchronous course targeting aspiring data visualisation professionals. The course covers essential statistical analysis fundamentals & advanced statistical methods (cluster, cohort, geospatial analysis). It culminates in a hands-on project where learners synthesise skills to conduct a real-world opportunity analysis. The Challenge: To transform complex statistical concepts & processes into a logically sequenced, engaging, & practical learning experience. My role: Liaising with subject-matter experts on content development, writing & editing, video scripting & storyboarding, creating visual aids, ensuring constructive alignment in assessments & providing quality assurance.

Cybersecurity Product Sales: Instructor-led Training
The Project: Design of an instructor-led training deck, equipping salespeople to communicate the value of cybersecurity protection during computer purchase consultations. The training incorporated interactive elements using Slido for real-time engagement, including mobile-based surveys, case study discussions, and gamified knowledge checks. The programme was delivered globally and translated into five languages.The Challenge: To distil extensive technical product information, covering features, benefits, and use cases, into an immediately actionable sales framework. To enable salespeople to navigate diverse consumer concerns and priorities.My role: Liaising with the client & subject matter expert, designing & developing the training deck with integrated activities, creating case studies mapping consumer pain points to product features, scripting simulated sales conversations, generating voiceovers, creating animations & implementing translations.

The Project: Development of a continuing education masterclass for psychometrics practitioners, focusing on the application of an assessment tool within HR recruitment & interviewing processes. Delivered via Mighty Networks, the course featured peer discussion activities, video-based instruction & a comprehensive interview guide.The Challenge: To provide practical, actionable guidance on applying a familiar assessment tool for new purposes within a concise, engaging module. This included designing the interview guide to enable HR practitioners to translate assessment results into targeted interview strategies.My role: Course planning & content development in collaboration with the facilitator, creating instructional videos, designing the interview guide, conceptualising peer-learning activities, supporting CEU accreditation documentation & managing content deployment.

University of Toronto Rotman Senior Leadership Program
The Project: Design and development of the University of Toronto Rotman Senior Leadership Program. The course featured video-based instruction, live peer workshops, and reflective assignments designed for senior executives navigating complex organisational challenges.The Challenge: Joining the project mid-development when quality concerns had been raised by the university partner. The program required significant restructuring to align academic rigour with practical executive application, while maintaining engagement standards and meeting tight delivery deadlines. My role: Content redesign & development, independent research, liaising with the convenor & SME to ensure academic alignment, developing video scripts, storyboards, & scenario-based activities, collaborating with visual content producers, editors, & IP officers. The convener formally recognised my contribution as having "a transformative impact on the quality" of the program.
